How should I care for my handmade pottery?
Most of our ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, to extend the life of your unique pieces, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap and avoiding extreme temperature shocks.
Are your glazes food-safe?
Yes, all glazes used at The Pottery Studio are 100% lead-free and non-toxic, making them perfectly safe for everyday dining and food storage.
How do you ensure fragile items aren't damaged during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, double-walled corrugated boxes and biodegradable cushioning to ensure your ceramics arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event of a breakage, we offer immediate replacements.
Do you accept custom commissions or bulk orders?
We love collaborating on custom designs. For personalized wedding favors, restaurant dinnerware, or bespoke home decor, please contact us via our 'Custom Orders' page for a quote.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard collection items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces are final sale.

Every item is hand-thrown and hand-glazed. These slight variations in shape, size, and glaze finish are the hallmarks of artisanal pottery and ensure your piece is one-of-a-kind.
